Please meet Coach Castilleja in the cafeteria on Thursday Nov. 30th from 3:00-3:30 to sign a gift for Theo Skinner. If you have a gift or a note for him please bring it at that time.
Coach would like for everyone to sign the custom pennant.
Weights and Conditioning
No official dates are scheduled.
Notifications will be sent through TeamSnap when dates are scheduled.
All players must begin to:
- lift 4-5 days a week
- 30-40 minute workouts max per workout
- sprint 3 x week
- 6-8 sprints at 30 yards each, 100% max
- 3 minute rest in between sprints
Winter weights and conditioning registration will be available later this week.
Indoor Workouts
No official dates are scheduled.
Notifications will be sent through TeamSnap when dates are scheduled.
All players must bring two pairs of shoes to all workouts.
One for outdoor use and one to change into that is dry for indoor activities. No exceptions.
Eating Goals
If possible consult with a licensed dietician to learn more about what and how to eat.
Set a goal for how much lean muscle you plan to gain in the next three months.
10 lbs is a great start.
